To book a new patient appointment, select our Tampa location or “Meet with Dr. Springs outside office hours”. New patient appointments cannot be completed via telehealth per Florida Law.

 New Patient Cancellation Policy

To reserve your spot, we ask for a $35 deposit when booking your first medical marijuana appointment.

If you need to cancel, no problem! Just give us at least 24 hours’ notice, and we’ll be happy to refund your deposit or apply it to a new appointment.

If it’s less than 24 hours before your visit or you miss your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable—this helps cover the time and prep we set aside just for you.
